Our portfolio of 21 hotels are in excellent locations throughout the UK. Our dedicated team of hospitality professionals have a wealth of experience working with a variety of international hotel brands.
We have over 1650 team members who offer a professional and genuine, personalised service to hotel guests, providing passionate service and high quality standards to ensure that our guests choose to come back. Our central office is located at one of our largest hotels - the Holiday Inn Heathrow M4/J4, where professional support is provided to ensure that every team member, regardless of role, level or length of service, has the opportunity to learn more about their job and embark on a development journey that will fulfil their ambitions.

Simon Teasdale – Managing Director
Simon has spent over 30 years in the hospitality sector with branded hotel chains including, Crest, Moat House Hotels and QMH hotels. In his last corporate role he spent numerous years as the UK Managing Director for QMH where he was responsible for the effective strategy and exceptional management of a portfolio of 18 UK hotels. The majority of the hotels were franchises of Intercontinental Hotels Group and operated under the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza brands and others were part of the Best Western Consortium. Simon is a consummate hospitality professional and has vast experience in shareholder, investor and asset management agreeing financial and strategic direction for companies. A results focused, enthusiastic and dynamic leader who drives success through people.
Justin Robinson – Chief Financial Officer
Justin is an international CFO who has worked for a number of top hospitality brands, including Hilton Worldwide and Jumeirah Hotel & Resorts. He has worked across the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa with specialisations in finance, real estate & asset management. In previous roles he worked for Deloitte as well as the international investment bank Credit Suisse. Justin has recently relocated from Dubai to London and has taken up the position of CFO for both the established European portfolio of hotels as well as the recently acquired UK portfolio.
